  • HM Land Registry: your application data is submitted to HMLR as required by the service

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Application records are typically retained for 7 years in accordance with our legal obligations.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption for data in transit and secure server infrastructure. Access to your data is restricted to authorised staff only.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage for your session, order and payment verification. If you select Accept All, we also load Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing UET) tracking to measure visits, enquiries and purchases. Selecting Necessary Only keeps Google tags blocked and tells Bing UET that advertising storage is denied.
