Yes, you can get information about any registered property or land in England, Wales and Scotland, even if you do not own it.

You can get the following information about a property:

Title register

Title plan

Conveyance deed

Transfer deed

Charge deed

Lease deed

The title register has details about the property or land. It includes:

the title number

who owns it

what they paid for it (properties only, if available)

any rights of way

whether a mortgage on it has been ‘discharged’, for example paid off

The title plan is a map showing:

the property’s location

the general boundaries - there’s usually no record of exact boundaries

The flood risk indicator gives information on how likely the land or property is to flood. It combines data from the Environment Agency and HM Land Registry.
