Property documents available through this service
- Title register - has details about the property or land such as title number, who owns it and what they paid for it
- Title plan - is a map showing the property's location and the general boundaries
- Conveyance deed
- Transfer deed
- Charge deed
- Lease deed
Conveyance, transfer, charge and lease deeds are only available for properties in England and Wales
